Refineries

Refineries and petrochemicals are one of our prime customers. We carry out mechanical, and chemical tests to support maintenance work We have competent inspectors, NDT specialists, mechanical engineers, metallurgists, and chemists with impressive academics and experience who provide mechanical testing, Chemical analysis by classical wet methods, optical emissions spectroscopy, or energy dispersive techniques, and NDT (radiography, ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing, Liquid penetrant testing, Eddy current testing etc.). Our engineers are well aware of criticality and urgency of such tests as applicable to Heaters, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Critical Piping and Storage Tanks. We are an AWS accredited institution. We train and certify welders for refineries and petrochemical industry. We also perform welding procedure tests and certification for thick wall alloy steels coupons, hard facings, buttering layers and specialty welding. All tests are done to national and international standard such as ASME, ASTM, NACE and AWS. Our engineers routinely carry out analysis of premature failures of refinery and petrochemical equipment. We have a fully equipped in-house workshop for preparing test pieces and fabricating gadgets for special tests.
