ITS has state-of-the-art testing facilities that consist of experienced staff and versatile equipment permitting independent, confidential, timely, customized and cost-competitive testing.

Our services involve mechanical and chemical tests to evaluate electro plating, heat treatments, and manufacturing flaws on imported or indigenous spare parts. We have competent inspectors, NDT specialists, mechanical engineers, metallurgists, and chemists with impressive academics and experience.

Some of the routine services provided to this industrial segment are mechanical testing, Chemical analysis by classical wet methods, optical emissions spectroscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and NDT (radiography, ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing, Liquid penetrant testing, Eddy current testing etc.).

ITS has also performed failure analysis of automobile parts such as bearings, crankshafts, cylinder liners, radiators, generators, valves, springs etc. for the purposes of development and litigation. We also serve the railroad industry and have been carrying out special tests for them. All tests are done to national and international standard. We have a fully equipped in-house machine shop for preparing test pieces and fabricating gadgets for special tests.
